Gelderland Broadcasting is paying plenty of attention to the WDC 2008 in Gelderland’s Beesd. In the special series ‘Peerdenkracht’, the fortunes are being followed of a number of families and people in the preparations for the WDC. These people form the heart of the series, no matter how small or great the part is that they play in the event. It is they who make the story and, for three months long, the viewers will share in their lives. In the series, the focus will be on people who work in different positions within the WDC. or who are voluntary workers among the staff members. The music is composed by Dick van Altena who has written a special song for the series. The nine-part series ‘Peerdenkracht’ begins on Sunday 6 July, 2008 at 18.20h at Gelderland Broadcasting and will be repeated every hour.
